The TREES Group combines local expertise with the resources of a platform of real estate and construction industry professionals that service a diverse client base across multiple industries. TREES capacity to service educational clients throughout the state is further strengthened by the groups intimate knowledge and experience in the education industry.

We deliver integrated solutions by providing a highest and best use approach when evaluating our clients needs. Our Commercial Real Estate solutions expand beyond the K-12 sector to include, higher education, charter schools, and technical schools.

Texas Real Estate Education Solutions Group originated in Houston, Texas through the visionary leadership of a team of highly experienced professionals in their fields in order to better service their clients needs. This is one of the first groups of its kind to specialize in educational organizations.

Todd N. Edmonds

Todd N. Edmonds SIOR, CCIM (Founding President) - Todd N. Edmonds, a Principal at Colliers International in Houston, Texas, joined the firm in 2002. Mr. Edmonds has been recognized for his expertise and knowledge of the Greater Houston land market. His specialty in the land market has allowed him to assist educational institutions acquire and assemble sites for future development. He has also been successful in securing second generation improved properties for clients to retrofit for utilization as educational purposes. Todd has assisted these same clients as their real estate consultant through various forms of the due diligence process. He has been among the top producers within Colliers since he joined the firm and has been nominated as a Heavy Hitter in Commercial Real Estate by the Houston Business Journal. He is active in numerous activities including; director of the Colliers Houston Land Division, director with Houston Chapter of Society of Office and Industrial Brokers, Director with Houston Realty Business Coalition among others.

Michelle Herrmann Morris

Michelle Herrmann Morris (Founding Vice President) - Ms. Morris is a partner with the law firm Rogers, Morris & Grover, L.L.P.  Since joining the firm in 1999, Ms. Morris has focused her practice in the areas of real estate and construction for public sector entities, including consultation, negotiation and document preparation through all phases of real estate purchases, sales or leases, site development and engineering, and facilities design and construction.  Ms. Morris specifically advises educational institution clients in the areas of  real estate due diligence, feasibility, condemnation, utilities, zoning, permitting issues, project delivery options, competitive procurement laws, insurance and bonding issues, construction contract administration and funding, design and construction defects/disputes and warranty issues.

Bill Stice

Bill Stice (Founding Vice President) - Bill Stice,REFP (Recognized Educational Facility Professional) currently serves as a Senior Project Manager in the Facilities Department of Terracon's Houston office. Mr. Stice has over 19 years of educational construction management experience, much of which has been in the Houston and surrounding areas. His board experience in the construction management and usability of educational facilities has given him extensive experience in the coordination and supervision of all phases of building programs. He currently serves as President of the Southern Region of CEFPI (Council of Educational Facility Planners International) which includes  Texas,Arkansas,Oklahoma, and Louisiana. He possesses a unique aptitude for recognizing and maximizing the needs of all stockholders in a given project. .

Kaci Fritsch

Kaci Fritsch (Founding Secretary) - Ms. Fritsch joined Colliers International Houston's Land Sales team in 2008. She is working with the Edmonds team and is responsible for marketing coordination and presentations, as well as constructing contracts and interacting with brokers and clients on marketing support requirements. Ms. Fritsch holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Mary- Hardin Baylor.

Jim Russ

Jim Russ (member) - Jim Russ is a graduate of Texas A&M University and a Principal of EHRA. Jim is proud to be a fourth generation leader of EHRA who provides topographic and boundary surveying, as well as engineering design and construction management services to the educational community in the Greater Houston Metropolitan area.

Mike Rozell, Jr.(member) - Mike Rozell is the Commercial Business Development Manager for Stewart Title of Houston.  He is responsible for developing new business for the Greater Houston area.  With over 115 years of experience, Stewart Title has worked with hundreds of school districts nationally, including numerous school districts in the Greater Houston area.

Kris Siegert Pool

Kris Siegert Pool (member)- Kris Pool is an attorney and chief data analyst at Population and Survey Analysts whose principal responsibilities include attendance zone planning and long-range facilities analysis, as well as aggregation (or merging) of student data into geographic areas such as current and future attendance zones. Statistical and computer skills, a strong interest in accuracy and completeness, and exceptional interpersonal skills have also allowed Ms. Pool to effectively conduct numerous research tasks and to convey important research results to school board members, administrators, bond committees, and attendance zone boundary committees, as well as members of the public.

David Dominy

David Dominy (member) - Integra Realty Resources provides world class real estate valuation and consulting services for clients in Texas and across the nation.  We have worked on hundreds of projects for education-related entities involving acquisition, construction, disposition, and condemnation matters.  Integra Realty Resources is honored to be part of the TREES Group and we look forward to serving you in the near future.

Eric Smith

Eric Smith (member) - As a Principal with PBK, Eric serves as the primary point of contact within PBK for the educational Clients that he serves.  Eric is involved in all aspects of the design and management of educational and public works projects including master planning, facilities studies, schematic design , cost estimating, design development, preparation of construction documents and construction administration. Eric is a Registered Architect in the State of Texas.
