Our engineering team of Edminster, Hinshaw, Russ and Associates (Edminster, Hinshaw, Russ and Associates) provides a full service package from civil engineering, traffic impact analysis, surveying, planning and landscape design services to educational institutions that give them the ability to better realize the remarkable quality and stability they expect in a permanent community structure. These services include preparation of plans and specifications for paving and grading, intersection and traffic signal improvements, storm water collection, detention basin, water and wastewater facilities, and landscape design services.
